Many of you have sent us the same questions over and over via email. That is why we created a very detailed FAQ and Philosophy pages to help you.
But we wanted to make things even easier by breaking down all the questions into easy-to-digest posts.
Today’s question is: “What is the maximum length you accept per type of art submitted?“
At Auroras & Blossoms, we accept the following types of art: short stories, six-word stories, flash fiction, essays, poetry, poetry-graphy, drawings, paintings, and photography.
Poetry-graphy is where your poetry is overlaid within an image that is either your own image or you own the rights to the image itself. Your poem must contain a maximum of 250 words, fit into one image and be large enough to be able to be read on small screens. For examples, click here.
Maximum length we accept per submission:
- Poetry: up to 1,500 words.
- Poetry-graphy: up to 3 images.
- Drawings / Paintings / Photography: up to 3 images
